LITTLE WOMEN BOOK REVIEW
Louisa May Alcott” wrote this book at the request of the publisher in 1868-1869.
This story is about four March sisters- Margaret(Meg), Josephine (Jo), Elizabeth(Beth) and Amy and their lives from teenage to womanhood.
This book is based on author’s real life.
All four sisters live with their mother, whom they call Marmee live in Massachusetts. Their father serves in Union Army in American Civil War.
Despite of being poor, when their Marmee asked them to give their Christmas breakfast away to an impoverished family,they gives their basket of food to the hungry children.
All the four women Meg is responsible but tired of being poor,Jo is hotheaded but loves to write, Beth is shy and a pianist and Amy is materialistic and she loves to paint.
This book has other characters as well Mr.March(father), Prof. Friedrich Bhaer(Jo’s friend /husband), John(Meg’s husband) , Mrs March(Aunt), Laurie, Old Mr.Laurence, Hannah.

This book shows how these girls learn to live their lives with different nature and interests. In this book we will get to know that sibling love, sibling rivalry, their love interests, how their mother is raising the girls, and guiding them in their little struggles.
It even shows how these girls are being poor but happy. And a wealthy man having lots of money, still cannot be happy without family.
It’s amust read book with family values and lots of emotions.
